Hard Summer Music Festival is this weekend August 1 & 2. Preparations are underway for the biggest HARD in history. More than 60,000 people are expected to attend the festival at the Pomona Fairplex, outside of Los Angeles.

HOW MUCH WILL PARKING COST?

Parking will be $20 and is purchased on site per vehicle.

SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASED MY TICKETS, HOW CAN I PICK THEM UP AT THE FESTIVAL?

If someone else purchased the tickets for you, please present photocopies of both the purchaser’s credit card and government issued photo ID to pick up your ticket at the event. For security purposes we suggest you black out the first 8 digits of the credit card on the photo/copy.

I LOST MY CREDIT CARD. WHAT DO I DO?

If you are picking your tickets up at will call you will need to present your original credit card in order to receive your tickets. If you are unable to provide the original credit card, we will accept a clear and legible photo/copy of the card itself.If your credit card was lost or stolen you may present any other official documentation verifying the original card number. This can be a banking statement with your transaction or a letter obtained at your local bank branch certifying the lost or stolen credit card number. Tickets will not be released to anyone without proper documentation or proof of purchase and will not be eligible for a refund.
