5 Reasons To Go To Escape From Wonderland

If you don’t have plans for Halloween weekend yet, consider checking out Escape Psycho Circus! This annual event makes a two day return to the National Orange Show Center in San Bernardino, CA on October 27 and 28. You can expect an insane line up, creatures lurking around the grounds, and out-of-this-world production.

The Lineup

Each year Insomniac’s Halloween event always brings a top notch lineup and this year is no exception. Artists range from Afrojack, Boys Noize, DJ Snake, Nero, Tiesto, Zedd, and many more. Friday’s line is very bass heavy with artists like Datsik, Illenium, Coone, Darren Styles, and more. If you like techno, check out Saturday’s lineup with Chris Liebing and Nicole Moudaber Presents Moodzone. These are some of the many talented artists at the festival that weekend!

The NOS Center

Many festival goers call the NOS “home” because previous Insomniac festivals have been held there. The first-ever Escape was back in 2011 and the NOS was its home for a couple of years. One year they moved Escape to Glen Helen and while some people enjoyed that venue, others didn’t. I agree with many others that the NOS is home and I am excited that the event will be held there again. The iconic lake and the art that makes up Escape will be put to use there this year.

The Layout

My favorite part about Escape  is the interactive layout each year. You can expect carnival rides, mazes, art structures, and other surprises. This year check out The Asylum, a maze with 120 interactive performers, movie-quality set design and special effects. We checked it out and was blown away by how much effort Insomniac put into the haunted house. There was so much detail it was unreal! The Asylum features 30 rooms with theatrical performers. It really is scary! You can also expect three-dimensional superstructures, creatures, andInso ghouls roaming the grounds throughout the night.

The Production

We all know that Insomniac is known for its production, stages, and themes. With their impressive mega structures, LED panels, and lasers, you will not be disappointed with the quality and detail of the production and stages. Insomniac values the state of the production. I’m looking forward to see what Insomniac has up their sleeves this year in terms of stages and production.

The Attendees

Headliners (aka YOU) always bring out the creativity to events but with this event being on Halloween weekend, their creativity is on another level with their Halloween costumes. I am looking forward to the humorous totems, kandi, and vibes everyone brings. If you will be attending Escape this year remember to rave responsibly and look out for each other!
