The bass music savant, NGHTMRE (real name Tyler Marenyi), and Chicago born rapper smokepurpp (real name Jeffery Pineiro) have come together on a new heavy single, “MOSH.”
Marenyi is no stranger to 808’s, but what’s different about this track compared to his other work with vocalists is the absence of a drop. Rather than separate out the song, Pineiro keeps the energy at its peak the entire time, honing to the tried and true rap format.
Check out what Marenyi had to say about the new cut:
“Smokepurpp is one of my favorite people in the hip hop world right now. Getting to work together on this song and video was so dope! The energy when he’s on set or just in the room is always noticeably higher. We really wanted to create a new anthem for bass music that would get the mosh pits goin at our live shows!! He crushed it on this track and his performance in the video as well.”
