Recently, Formula 1 (F1) confirmed a night time race is coming to Las Vegas in November of 2023, and Insomniac events is helping to mark this momentous occasion.
Soon after F1 announced the race, Insomniac made a video on their Instagram that featured the title of “Race Week.” The video includes shots of the Vegas strip, F1 Drivers, and footage of major raves. Such a combination suggests a full-on festival will happen during race week if not EDC Week style programming that takes over the numerous venues spread around Vegas.
F1 is producing the race in partnership with Live Nation, the live events conglomerate that owns Insomniac. Given Insomniac’s relationship with Vegas due to their flagship festival, EDC Las Vegas, there is already an existing infrastructure for the major rave promoter to organize an entire week’s worth of events.
Formula 1 and Insomniac are an epic match that will surely deliver an unforgettable experience. Watch the announcement video for race week 2023 below.
