Charlotte De Witte Debuts Futuristic, Space-Inspired EP ‘Apollo’

Techno powerhouse Charlotte De Witte just debuted a hard-hitting, acidic techno EP entitled Apollo on her label KNTXT

The four-track EP is filled with pulsating songs with an ambiance of ethereal mystery. “Missing Channel” is pure acid, cut with pumping kicks and squelching 303s. The tracks then turn more mysterious with “Mercury” and “Apollo,” perfect for a warehouse at 4AM. “PPC” closes out with its experimental lack of beat and interwoven space transmissions.

Charlotte De Witte said about the EP, “The vastness and solitude of space always interested me. A compelling contrast between monumental power and the vacuum in between. This diversion can also be found in techno music, a pure simplicity divergent in power.”

The techno legend is set to host a KNTXT label takeover for ADE at the Ziggo Dome later in October. De Witte will also soon head to South America for KNTXT showcases in Buenos Aires and São Paulo.
