Martin Garrix’s AREA21 To Perform First Full-Live Show Called “Live on Planet Earth”

Martin Garrix and singer/rapper Maejor’s project AREA21 is back for their first fully live performance called “Live on Planet Earth.”

On April 5, the duo will perform their most popular tracks live with a full band including Garrix shredding the guitar. Expect to hear plenty of hits including “La La La” and “Followers” during the show.

There will also be an accompanying Live On Planet Earth album to relive the concert.

AREA21’s sound is more pop and feel-good than Garrix’s typical anthemic festival bangers, emphasized by Maejor’s recognizable voice. Their infectious energy can best be felt in their debut album, Greatest Hits Vol. 1.

Martin Garrix said about the live show, ‘’We’ve always been dreaming of having AREA21 on stage with a band. The music on the album has been made with a lot of live instruments like real bass, real drums, so it’s amazing to be able to put that into a full live performance now.’’

Live on Planet Earth will premiere exclusively on April 5 on Hulu in the U.S., Star+ in Latin America, and Disney+ under the Star banner in all other territories.
