Flume has once again surprised fans with a new collection of unreleased material. This time he shared a 10-track album entitled, Arrived Anxious, Left Bored.
Earlier this year, Flume dropped another LP package of songs, Things Don’t Always Go The Way You Plan, that were never before shared but were all crafted throughout his ten-year career.
According to the veteran artist’s social media, he has been combing through old hard drives, looking at productions that were started but never finished or simply never saw the light of day.
Arrived Anxious, Left Bored begins with “SKY SKY 1.3,” a song exported back in 2016 that contains a heart-wrenching and powerful vocal that truly showcases Flume’s ability to tug at the heartstrings.
“Jerry 1.6” from 2017 is a beat-driven tune with more subtle vocals and a melodic house sound that feels incredibly innovative and forward for its time.
Other standouts include the emotion-packed “n1cevib3,” “Miss U,” and the title track, “Arrived Anxious, Left Bored.”
Speaking about the new album on his social media, Flume said, “Ten tracks, that never found a home, but I felt they deserved a place in the world. I hope they make you feel something.”
