Bassrush Announces New Southern California Festival: Apocalypse Zombieland

Bassrush's Basspod stage at EDC Las Vegas 2023

Fresh off of EDC Las Vegas, Insomniac‘s bass music brand, Bassrush, has teased a new, two-day festival coming to the West Coast: Apocalypse Zombieland.

This weekend-long event will take over the Queen Mary Waterfront in Long Beach, California on November 24-25, 2023 during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Those who attended EDC this past weekend may have noticed a classic Insomniac ‘easter egg’ in the promotional sticker pack that accompanied their ticket, alluding to an apocalypse-themed ground zero for fans infected with bass music fever.

Complete information has yet to be released, but Apocalypse Zombieland is sure to act as the bass-heavy counterpart to Insomniac’s well-known house music weekender Day Trip Festival, which also occupies the Queen Mary Waterfront each summer.

Two-day passes will go on sale this week, with single-day tickets becoming available at a later date. Fans can “outrun the outbreak” by signing up for early access to presale tickets and more information here.
