River Beats TV Is A New Platform Where Fans Can Enjoy EDM Livestreams

New Orleans-based media and event production company River Beats is launching a new live music distribution platform called River Beats TV that will focus on EDM live sets.

River Beats was launched in 2016 and after the COVID-19 pandemic brought live music to a halt in 2020, the company produced more than 400 hours of livestreams in an effort to raise funds for independent venues and musicians, which eventually inspired the creation of River Beats TV.

River Beats TV is a direct-to-fan platform that provides subscribers with virtual access to concerts from anywhere in the world with a combination of livestreams and archived on-demand content.

Subscriptions are available for $9.99 per month or $99 annually and pay-per-view events start at $12.99, with rental and purchase options for specific events ranging from $5.99 to $9.99.

River Beats TV will aim to transport viewers from their couches to the dancefloor by producing broadcast-level content with high-fidelity audio, as well as 4K and 6K video equipment.

The platform will kick off its extensive streaming schedule with content gathered at Colorado’s cherished Sonic Bloom, which will be available on River Beats TV following the event, as well as River Beats’ self-produced rooftop pool party series THE DEEP which will feature sets from Ardalan, GoldFish, Chet Porter, Marvel Years, Max Styler and more.

Instead of just paying artists for total plays, River Beats TV works alongside artists and brands to provide them with various options for monetization, including a flat rate for its partners as a booking fee, revenue share from rentals, or both.

Fans can learn more about subscription options and River Beats TV’s upcoming calendar of events here.

The River Beats TV app is available for download on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Android TV, and Amazon Fire here.
