Of the many things for which Tomorrowland is globally recognized, one is its exquisite food options and the festival just shared its culinary details for 2023.
The 17th edition of Tomorrowland, revolving around the theme Adscendo, will once again feature plenty of award-winning, chef-curated food options from culinary artists around the world.
Chef Ton, the award-winning chef of Asia’s Best Restaurant 2023 “Le Du“, as well as Gaggan Anand, the world-renowned Indian-born celebrity chef and most awarded chef in Asia, will both be joining the iconic music festival to host their own food stand at Mesa Garden.
The Mesa Restaurant will also travel to the festival grounds of Tomorrowland with renowned chefs Marcelo Ballardin and Eric Ivanidis from DOOR73 providing fine food and delicious drinks to share overlooking the spectacular Mainstage.
Tomorrowland’s “Tastes of the World” will also highlight international cuisine featuring two restaurants, 12 chefs, 38 food caterers, three mixologists, 14 cocktails, and four mocktails.
And those experiencing Detox Day will be treated to flavorful and colorful Pakistani cuisine courtesy of Shabnam Syed, the female founder and owner of Mama Shabz.
The Solo Vida Bar at Mesa Garden will also sell Tomorrowland’s own sparkling wine co-created by the festival and the Spanish winery Vallformosa. The Tomorrowland wine Solo Vida comes in a one-of-a-kind bottle as a special souvenir and memory of Tomorrowland 2023.
