Space Invaders, Link Miami Rebels, & Bar Lab Hospitality Join Forces For Jolene Sound Room Miami

A Miami nightlife hotspot has just opened from Space Invaders, Link Miami Rebels, and Bar Lab Hospitality called Jolene Sound Room Miami, a new venue that pays homage to 70s leisure.

Jolene Sound Room Miami is a funky tribute to disco, house, and techno located in a basement on legendary Flagler Street, a space believed to have been used by Al Capone to smuggle alcohol as part of his liquor stock tunnel during the days of prohibition.

This is the third collaboration from Miami staples Bar Lab Hospitality, Space Invaders (member David Sinopoli founded III Points,), and Link Miami Rebels (the owners of Club Space) since 2016.

Jolene Sound Room Miami is also the second Jolene concept following the opening of Jolene Sound Room Brooklyn this past March.

The space is pure retro, inspired by Dolly Parton and 60s and 70s recording studios with wood finishes and old-school carpet on the walls.

But the highlight is the music, having already hosted staples like DJ Tennis, Soul Clap, and more at their opening in May and continuing to push programming guided by DJ Ray.

Furthermore, Phonic Technologies, the award-winning team behind New York clubs Cielo and Output, developed the sound system.

The venue is now open and you can learn more about Jolene Sound Room Miami on their social media here.
