BLOND:ISH To Bring Abracadabra To LA’s Gin Ling Way This Fall

BLOND:ISH‘s eco-friendly record label and event brand, Abracadabra, has just announced a new party coming to Los Angeles this fall.

In collaboration with Factory 93, Abracadabra will take over the city’s whimsical outdoor space, Gin Ling Way in Chinatown on Saturday, October 7, 2023.

Colorful disco house duo Hint of Lavender will kick things off with the first support performance of the night—soon to be joined by eclectic South African house artist DESIREE and piano house champ LP Giobbi, who will play a back-to-back set.

Following BLOND:ISH’s example as a trailblazing environmental philanthropist, Abracadabra believes “a good party can change the world” and works with her charity Bye Bye Plastic to throw “Plastic Free Parties,” with the goal of eliminating single-use plastic in the music industry by 2025.

Abracadabra has taken its high-energy events to party capitals around the world, like New York, London, Paris, and even Egypt.

This year, the brand is over halfway through a full season of weekly Monday parties in Mykonos, Greece, and will livestream an extensive, four-day run of exclusive DJ sets via its Twitch channel, Abracadabra TV, later this month.

Gin Ling Way has played host to a number of exciting DJ sets in recent years, including Keinemusik, Bedouin, and a show from DJ Tennis and Carlita last month.

Pre-sale for Abracadabra at Gin Ling Way will begin tomorrow, Wednesday, August 2 at 5PM PT. Fans can sign up for pre-sale access here. General on-sale will begin Friday, August 4 at 12PM PT.
