The official dates and lineup are here for SVDDEN DEATH’s second Summoning of the Eclipse festival at The Caverns in Pelham, Tennessee.
This time around, bass heads will get a chance to “summon” a real eclipse, when the festival takes place from October 13-15, 2023 – coinciding with the annular solar eclipse that will cross North America on October 14.
SVDDEN DEATH will headline the festival with three different daily sets, including a performance from his harrowing VOYD alias, equipped with meticulously planned visuals, lighting, and theatrical stunts.
The other two headline sets at Summoning are shrouded in mystery with a never-before-seen act called Masterhand set for a debut performance with guesses as to who will be on stage circling online. Notable speculations on Reddit include REZZ B2B VOYD and a B3B with SVDDEN DEATH, Space Laces, and Eptic.
The third headliner has yet to be announced.
Other high-profile acts on the Summoning lineup include Belgian performer Apashe, “Country Riddim” producer HOL!, dubstep artist Kai Wachi, and even more heavy-hitting bass from Must Die! and Space Laces.
Bringing a bit of variety to the bill will be UK trio Gentlemens Club and a stateside debut from Drum & Bass maniac Hedex. Special guest Kill Safari (Kill The Noise B2B Bro Safari) will also make an appearance.
Summoning of the Eclipse will also host a Thursday pre-party with Infekt, Leotrix, and more. More information regarding afterparties will be released at a later date.
Attendees will be required to pre-register for general on-sale ticket access here. There is no pre-sale for Summoning of the Eclipse 2023.
Registration is available until Thursday, August 10 at 5PM CT, at which time access codes will be sent. On-sale will begin on Friday, August 11 at 12PM CT at the festival’s official website.
