Today, Insomniac and open-format producer Valentino Khan have announced a new event concept, “Powerline,” coming to Los Angeles next month.
Powerline will take over Los Angeles’ Echoplex on Thursday, September 28, 2023, with “special secret guests,” “new artists,” and “nonstop techno all night long.”
In an announcement posted to Instagram, organizers wrote, “We want to bring the energy of large scale festivals into more intimate rooms and give the audience a never before seen, up close performance from their favorite acts.”
The event follows Khan’s massive High Power tour, which made stops in China and Thailand before crisscrossing the United States for 16 more dates last spring.
His most recent release, “What You Got” with NITTI, came out in March and is a true testament to his party-starting capabilities.
Whether producing for rappers like Dizzee Rascal or collaborating with top-tier dance artists like Skrillex, Diplo, Alison Wonderland, and more, Khan’s fun-loving demeanor and anything-goes style on the decks has won over countless fans across the globe.
