Catchy electronic duo DRAMA just added even more spice to their upcoming EP, Till We Die, by dropping another addictive single, self-titled “DRAMA.”
“DRAMA” is the third track off the EP coming this fall from producer Na’el Shehade and vocalist/songwriter Via Rosa. It follows two previously released bangers, “Tighten Up” and “Feel The Same.”
“DRAMA” is the embodiment of the team’s infectious and funky sound with house beats for grooving and sassy lyrics for strutting.
This club track is also accompanied by a fierce music video showcasing Shehade and Rosa as a Bonnie and Clyde duo cruising through the streets before heading to the club to get everyone bouncing.
Speaking about the new release, DRAMA said, “This self-titled anthem is for anyone in their ‘this is what I need in order to love properly’ era, those of us who are entering the humble yet confident ‘of course they’re going to love me, I’m amazing’ stage of our lives. It’s a reminder to ourselves that we don’t have to accept love from people who don’t know how to love us, we’re no longer afraid of not being wanted.”
They continued, “The song itself lyrically was inspired by our live performances and the things that one would see during a DRAMA show… It’s not up to just one of us, but all of us to create the perfect atmosphere for everyone to have a good time.”
The independent artists have made a serious name for themselves seamlessly blending electronic and R&B styles while providing vocals for prominent UK house producers Gorgon City.
They’ve also performed all across North America at prominent events like Coachella, Lightning in a Bottle, Portola, and AREA15‘s Happy Camper.
