Armada Music Will Host DJ Sets In An Air Traffic Control Tower For ADE

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has just announced one of the craziest “venues” for a DJ set to date: an air-traffic control tower at Amsterdam’s Schipol Airport.

Thanks to a unique partnership between the aforementioned travel hub, Armin Van Buuren‘s Armada Music, and ADE, fans around the world will get to tune in to the first-ever DJ sets performed from a 360-degree airport watch tower.

In what just might be the most iconic party at this year’s edition of ADE, Armada will host none other than techno trailblazer Joris Voorn and trance legend Ferry Corsten, on Wednesday, October 18.

Each of the artists’ hour-long sets will be included in the label’s flagship livestream series, Armada In The Mix, and broadcast live on Armada Music TV.

On the exciting opportunity, CEO and co-founder of Armada, Maykel Piron said, “We wanted to go all out for ADE this year, especially with it being the label’s 20th anniversary.”

He continued, “It’s not every day that our artists get the opportunity to perform in one of the world’s most famous airports; and what better way to kick off our biggest ADE program yet.”

Armada will give 12 fans the opportunity to attend, giving away two tickets to each show. Enter for a chance to see Joris Voorn at Schipol Airport here. Sign-up for a chance to see Ferry Corsten here.
