Tale Of Us Pull Out Of Time Warp Germany Causing Schedule Release Delays

As renowned house and techno festival Time Warp inches closer to another of its home editions in Mannheim, Germany, next month, melodic techno titans Tale Of Us have cancelled their set at the event.

Organizers are now hard at work to finalize the schedule before things kick off on November 3-4 due to this last-minute cancellation.

A statement from Time Warp reads as follows:

“Unfortunately we got informed that Tale Of Us decided to cancel their Time Warp show on Saturday November 4th. They will stay in Los Angeles due to new developments and opportunities for their careers. We wish both of them good luck for their new projects in America.”

Tale Of Us partners Matteo Milleri and Carmine Conte—also known by their solo projects Anyma and Mrak—will be in Los Angeles next weekend for their two-day Afterlife label showcase, making its West Coast debut at LA State Historic Park on October 13-14.

This isn’t the first last-minute cancellation that Tale Of Us has made this year. Back in May, the pair pulled out of California festival Lightning in a Bottle due to “unforeseen circumstances.” They were later replaced by All Day I Dream label head and festival favorite DJ Lee Burridge.

In the Time Warp statement today, organizers went on to inform fans that they will release the timetable for the festival’s opening day—Friday, November 3—on Monday, October 9, before asking fans for extra patience with the schedule for Saturday, November 4.

Despite Tale Of Us’ absence, Time Warp is still sure to be an incredible celebration of worldwide house and techno, when stars like 999999999, Adam Beyer, Kobosil, Black Coffee and more descend upon its Maimarkthalle open-air venue next month.

A limited number of single-day and weekend passes remain available for purchase here.
