Today, Glastonbury announced the official ticket on-sale dates for the iconic UK festival’s 2024 edition.
Before the festival takes place from June 26-30, 2024, general admission tickets will go on sale starting Sunday, November 5 at 9AM GMT (5AM ET).
Ticket packages that include travel to the festival by bus will become available earlier that same week on Thursday, November 2 at 6PM GMT (2PM ET).
Fans will be content to know that tickets will not increase in price for 2024. Glastonbury organizers have confirmed that tickets will remain at a £355 price point (just over $430 USD) plus a £5 booking fee.
Conversely, however, the initial ticket deposit–required to be paid in November–will increase from £50 to £75. All remaining balances will be payable in the first week of April 2024, before the ticket resale window begins later in the spring. Tickets can be purchased in groups, with up to six tickets allowed per person.
Glastonbury has stressed that all tickets will be sold exclusively via glastonbury.seetickets.com. No other ticket seller, agency, or website will be allocated tickets.
In order to be eligible to purchase Glastonbury tickets, individuals must register free of charge here before Monday, October 30 at 5PM GMT (1PM ET). Those who previously registered at any time prior to 2020 should review the registration information found here.
Glastonbury is once again expecting another year of overwhelming demand for tickets in 2024. Last year’s initial ticket drop sold out in less than an hour, and resale tickets were gone in just six minutes.
As a result, Glastonbury has published their own advice on how to best secure tickets for 2024, available here.
