The 2017 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival is now sold out.
125,000 tickets were sold for each weekend. That’s 25,000 more than last year. More tickets were sold because the festival is expanding in April with more room for guests. This is great news as it will feel a little less crowded with more space to roam.
GA passes sold out in 45 minutes for both weekends. That meant everyone else had to spring for the shuttle and ticket package which cost a little more. If you were unable to get your tickets, you still have one more chance.
Goldenvoice, the promoters of the Coachella 2017 Valley Music & Arts Festival, will be selling a limited amount of tickets right before the start of the festival. 1000 passes for each weekend of Coachella will be sold. There is a catch: you must be a resident of the Coachella Valley in order to get these tickets.
There is a two pass limit per weekend per resident. Tickets will cost $399 for general admission with all fees included.
Just like last year, the tickets are expected to be available the Wednesday before each festival at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells. We will provide more information when it becomes available.
You must have proof of residency showing you live in the following zipcodes: 92201, 92202, 92203, 92210, 92211, 92230, 92234, 92236, 92240, 92241, 92253, 92254, 92255, 92258, 92260, 92261, 92262, 92263, 92264, 92270, 92274, 92275, 92276, 92292.
Also, when you get your wristband, it will be placed on you immediately as well as your guest who must also be present. For more information visit: https://www.coachella.com/residents/.
The 2017 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival takes place April 14-16 and April 21-23 at the Empire Polo Field in Indio.
See you there for weekend 2!
