DJ Snake is… retiring? Just last week, the globally renowned producer and DJ shared news of a monumental performance, booked all the way out in 2025.
Set to be held at his home nation’s largest venue, the 80,000-capacity Stade de France, on May 10, 2025, “The Final Show” will mark an ultimate career achievement for the multi-platinum producer, who has considered playing the venue to be one of his biggest goals.
Without much additional context, the event’s name has fans around the world wondering if DJ Snake will soon be calling it quits—or as is the case in today’s FOMO-driven industry—if the billing is another fakeout to drive ticket sales and cash in on a comeback tour in a few years time.
Adding even more hype to the hometown showing, back in August, DJ Snake wrote on X, formerly Twitter, that he won’t be doing any shows in France in 2024.
Regardless, the performance is sure to be epic. DJ Snake is no stranger to playing gigantic venues, from Paris’ 60,000-capacity Parc des Princes in 2022, to a pre-game performance at last year’s Super Bowl, and his sold-out return to Red Rocks just a few weeks ago.
If the Stade de France show is truly his last, one would expect DJ Snake to hit the road for even more tour dates in the next year, especially with the impending new album he announced in March.
