The time has come to take a behind-the-scenes look at the world of Insomniac.
The international festival promoter’s 2024 Virtual Job Fair is currently underway, giving registered participants a chance to explore the company, its many departments and a variety of job opportunities.
With design elements that immerse users in a virtual festival atmosphere, the job fair portal features video introductions to Insomniac’s mission, a live text chat to answer questions, and job fair “booths” for each of the company’s event production departments.
These virtual booths include departments like visual communications, site operations, Ground Control, food & beverage, artist relations and many more. Each booth displays job vacancies and even hosts a live Q&A session via Zoom.
Insomniac’s many sub-brands and partners like Insomniac Music Group, Emo Nite, Vibee and Insomniac Clubs are also on hand to answer any questions.
Once inside, attendees can chat with Insomniac team leads, apply and begin the interview process for a number of seasonal positions, which the company has outlined as excellent starting points for a fruitful career in the dance music industry.

Insomniac’s virtual job fair will remain open until 6PM PT tonight, Wednesday January 24.
