Amsterdam Dance Event Shares Second Wave Of Artists For 2024 Conference

Amsterdam Dance Event

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has shared the second wave of artists that will perform at this year’s conference.

More than 3,000 artists are set to play at over 1,000 events across the city when electronic music’s foremost industry conference returns to the Dutch capital from October 16-20. Joining this class in today’s announcement are techno icons like Adam Beyer, Charlotte de Witte, Anyma, and Korolova, rising talents like DJ Heartstring, Funk Tribu, and Mau P, and an eclectic class of underground selectors like DVS1, Gene on Earth, Job Jobse, Mama Snake, Moodymann and more.

More veteran artists across a variety of house and techno styles also feature, including Carl Craig, Kerri Chandler, Louie Vega, Marcel Dettman, Ellen Allien, Maceo Plex, and Héctor Oaks, alongside present-day standouts like Chris Stussy, Reinier Zonneveld, Sara Landry, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and many more.

They join previously announced acts such as Peggy Gou, Skream & Benga, Four Tet, and Marlon Hoffstadt, among others. Check out the full phase two lineup in ADE’s post below.

ADE has also announced the series of Opening Concerts for this year’s conference, including a new experience from audiovisual artist Nick Verstand, a performance from Dutch singer-songwriter Eefje de Visser at the Van Goh Museum, and Metropole Orkest’s tribute to hip-hop legend J Dilla at Melkweg, among other events.

Throughout the rest of the week, program highlights include Afterlife and Tomorrowland‘s jointly produced two-night showcase at the city’s famous Ziggo Dome, a return performance from rising techno talent KI/KI at Amsterdam’s former prison, De Bajes, and much more. Other unique venues set to host shows at ADE include the Royal Tropical Institute, De Hollanbdsche Manege, and Stenen Hoofd.

Several performing artists, including Martin Garrix, Mau P, Indira Paganotto, Ellen Allien, Chris Stussy, Sama’ Abdulhadi, and Miss Monique, are also set to discuss topics such as touring and live events, key clubbing territories, and reinventing oneself as an artist as part of the ADE Pro Conference. Additional programming announcements will be made in the coming months.
