Agents Of Time Start 2025 With Remix Of Martin Garrix’s “Told You So”

Agents Of Time are kicking off 2025 with a fresh remix of Martin Garrix and Jex’s “Told You So.”

The Italian melodic techno duo and staple Tomorrowland players announced today that their official remix of the EDM anthem will arrive this Friday, January 10, ahead of their upcoming label event in Tulum this weekend.

Invited to reimagine “Told You So” by the Dutch superstar and World No. 1 DJ himself, Agents Of Time producers Andrea Di Ceglie and Luigi Tutolo have put a timeless dark techno twist on the poppy, big room house original.

Cascading through mesmerizing waves of tension and release, Agents Of Time’s “Told You So” remix wraps Jex’s ethereal vocals in progressive rhythms, stomping kicks and melodic synth flourishes, making for a simultaneously pensive and high-energy listening experience—perfect for early morning sunrises in the jungles of Tulum.

The track is sure to feature when Agents of Time make their long-awaited debut at the world-famous winter party hotspot this Sunday, January 12, bringing their label and events brand, Time Machine, to Tulum’s iconic Zamna Festival for an all-night showcase.

Blending the duo’s artistic vision with the venue’s breathtaking jungle backdrop, according to a press release, Time Machine Tulum will feature a headline set from the label bosses, plus support performances from fellow melodic innovators Stephan Bodzin, Kölsch, Zamna Soundsystem, Afshin Momadi B2B Ajna, and LANNA. Tickets are still available here.
