Charli XCX, Justice Lead Dance Winners At 2025 Grammys

Grammys

Charli XCX was this year’s big winner in the Dance/Electronic categories at the 2025 Grammys, taking home awards for Best Dance/Electronic Album and Best Dance Pop Recording.

The British avant-pop star’s wildly popular Brat LP grabbed the top electronic album trophy yesterday ahead of Four Tet’s Three, Justice’s Hyperdrama, KAYTRANADA’s TIMELESS, and Zedd’s Telos. The album’s electro-heavy single “Von dutch” beat out tracks from Madison Beer, Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, and Troye Sivan for Best Dance Pop Recording.

Outside the dance categories, Brat and its various projects were also nominated for Album of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for “Guess” with Billie Eilish, Best Pop Solo Performance for “Apple,” and Best Music Video and Record of the Year for “360,” and took home the award for Best Recording Package, bringing Charli’s total Grammy wins to three.

Meanwhile, Justice won Best Dance/Electronic Recording for their hit single, “Neverender,” a collaborative track with Tame Impala taken from Hyperdrama, the French duo’s fourth studio album. It was picked ahead of colossal dance tracks like Disclosure’s “She’s Gone, Dance On,” Four Tet’s “Loved,” Fred again.. & Baby Keem’s “leavemealone,” and KAYTRANADA’s “Witchy” with Childish Gambino, marking Justice’s third-ever Grammy.

Rounding out the winners in the electronic categories was FNZ & Mark Ronson’s “Working Late Remix” of Sabrina Carpenter’s “Espresso,” winning Best Remixed Recording ahead of reworks from KAYTRANADA, David Guetta, and Alexx Antaeus, Footsteps & MrMyish, and another Brat nominee in A.G. Cook’s “Von dutch” remix.

Elsewhere at this year’s Grammys, Beyoncé grabbed a previously elusive Album of the Year win for Cowboy Carter, and also took home Best Country Album and Best Country Duo/Group Performance. Kendrick Lamar was the biggest winner overall with five awards, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Not Like Us.” Find the full list of 2025 Grammy winners here.
