Levity Drops Wasserman After Talent Agency CEO’s Appearance In Epstein Files

Levity has cut ties with Wasserman after the talent agency’s founder and CEO, Casey Wasserman, appeared in recently released government files on Jeffrey Epstein.

The bass music trio, known for viral tracks like “Flip It” and “Postman,” announced the move in a statement posted to Instagram stories today. After several high-profile pop and indie artists, such as Chappel Roan and Wednesday, left the agency yesterday, Levity’s decision marks the first major break from Wasserman by an EDM artist.

“We are no longer represented by the Wasserman talent agency,” the group wrote. “We do not stand for the actions of its CEO and refuse to be represented by his company. We love and appreciate our actual agents & hope they find a new scenario we can be a part of.”

After thanking the community for making them aware of the situation, Levity’s statement continued: “This is proof that our voices matter & we have a chance to make change together in this world.”

Casey Wasserman, who also serves as the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics chair, has not been officially accused of any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein. However, documents released by the Justice Department this week revealed that in 2003, he sent flirtatious emails to Ghislaine Maxwell, who was later convicted of helping Epstein sexually abuse his victims.
