A Slice Of BeachLife Festival: What’s In Store For 2026

BeachLife Festival

Since 2019, BeachLife Festival has celebrated Southern California beach culture with coastal performances from the most influential names on your summer playlist. Rock, indie, pop, jam, reggae—whatever your preference, if it sounds good at the beach, you’ll probably find it at BeachLife.

Unfolding right on the water at Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach this May 1-3, this year’s event is led by headline performances from new wave icons Duran Duran, Orange County punk rock stars The Offspring, Cali reggae rock favorites Slightly Stoopid, legendary singer-songwriter James Taylor & His All-Star Band, and a rare electronic crossover with The Chainsmokers.

From its idyllic setting and top-notch music talent to festival-curated experiences and local eats, dive into what’s going down at BeachLife Festival 2026 below.

Waterfront setting

BeachLife’s home at Seaside Lagoon in Redondo Beach allows fans to sink into rhythm and sink their toes in the sand. Just steps from the water, the manmade beach venue offers sweeping views of the Pacific and boats on the adjacent harbor.

It’s also a short walk from plenty of local restaurants and hotels, Veterans Park, and Redondo Beach’s public coastline.

Beach rock and beyond

In addition to its famed headliners, BeachLife’s 2026 lineup continues with an eclectic class of leading acts that complement the festival’s oceanside setting.

Indie artists like GROUPLOVE, flipturn, Fitz and the Tanturms, and BØRNS bring carefree vibes on Friday. The next night, Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals, Joann Jett & the Blackhearts, Switchfoot, and Bad Suns add alt-rock edge, alongside sunny reggae players like Fortunate Youth and Sugar Ray (the only act to play every edition of BeachLife).

Finally, the weekend closes strong on Sunday with twangy favorites like My Morning Jacket and Sheryl Crow, indie rock staples like Peach Pit and Poolside, and Cuban rhythms from Buena Vista Orchestra.

World-class eats

Between sets, BeachLife keeps music lovers fed with its exclusive Captain’s Culinary Experience. Curated by one of the world’s most celebrated chefs, three-time Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone, the exclusive tasting menu fuses flavor with music from the best seats in the house, offering views of the mainstage and the beach beyond.

The dining experience comes as part of BeachLife’s Captains ticket tier, which also includes dedicated viewing areas, private bungalow access, complimentary food and beverage, artist meet and greets, and much more.
