Of The Trees & Tape B Drop Hyped Debut Collab, “Brackish”

“Yo Tape Trees!”—Of The Trees and Tape B have teamed up to release their coveted collaborative single, “Brackish.”

Landing on Of The Trees’ Memory Palace Records today, the debut collab from the pair of bass music heavyweights arrives to massive acclaim after more than a year of waiting. Debuted during their breakout B2B at Bonnaroo 2025, the track was quickly hyped as one of the biggest IDs in the scene and is perhaps their most requested tune to date on social media.

With “Brackish” now pulled from the vault, the synergy between the duo is on full display once again. Birdchirps and fluttering synths give way to low-end growl, odd-ball drum hits, and easter-egg samples in an iconic stylistic marriage of two of dubstep’s present leading luminaries.

As its name suggests, the track is a delightfully murky mashup of the respective nature-born and hip-hop-inspired worlds that each artist has created on their ascent from underground staples to festival headliners.

“Brackish” arrives on the heels of Of The Trees’ acclaimed new album, Moonglade Park, and its ensuing Park Service headline tour, which rolls on to Washington, D.C., and New York City this weekend before the DJ returns to Telluride, Colorado, for his second curated Camp Alderwild concert experience.

Meanwhile, Tape B is gearing up for one of his biggest summer tours yet, including festival appearances at Force Fields, GRIDLIFE, FVDED In The Park, and Belgium’s Rampage Open Air, a co-headline amphitheater run with Levity, and his first-ever appearance in Alaska at Sacred Acre Festival.
