Seth Troxler and DJ Tennis are opening a new restaurant and bar in Ibiza this summer.
After serving up beats and bites during a special pop-up event at Italy’s Kappa FuturFestival last weekend, the pair of globetrotting house and techno DJs lifted the lid on their new joint restaurant endeavor, Seth & Manni’s, on social media yesterday.
“I’ve been friends with Manfredi for many, many years now,” Troxler wrote on Instagram of DJ Tennis—real name Manfredi Romano. “Manni was the first person to book me in Italy many moons ago. He is a constant collaborator of mine due to our love of music, food and our belief in the shared mantra of ‘Quality Always.’ Now we take that mantra and go full speed into our next project as partners and collaborators.”
“Here we are… 18 years later, after many crazy memories,” Tennis wrote in his own post. “We are making a huge dream of us come true.”
In addition to their talents on the decks, Troxler and Tennis are well known as two of the scene’s biggest foodies.
Tennis, who was born in Sicily, worked in the city’s famed culinary industry as an accomplished chef before becoming a world-renowned electronic artist, and, in 2024, launched his own cooking web show, Munchietown, alongside celebrity chef Paul Delrez.
Troxler, who guest-starred on Munchietown in its first season, is an equally passionate restaurateur and food enthusiast who has hosted several cooking pop-ups and culinary-focused interview panels. He also owns Smokey Trails, a permanent restaurant in East London serving up secret Troxler family-recipe barbecue dishes.
Seth & Manni’s will open in Ibiza this August. More details will be announced in the coming weeks. Fans can check out @sethandmannis to stay up to date.
