Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance (ASOT) has confirmed its return to Rotterdam this winter.
The brand’s flagship event is back in the Netherlands with two nights of performances from trance music’s leading DJs at Ahoy Rotterdam on February 26-27, 2027, unfolding across five stages at the multi-room indoor events complex.
After celebrating the brand’s 25th anniversary with an extended set at ASOT Rotterdam 2026 earlier this year, Van Buuren will return for another five-hour performance at the event’s 2027 edition, anchoring its Friday night programming with a journey through the full spectrum of the genre, “from timeless classics to new sounds and unreleased material,” according to a press release.
He’ll also open Saturday’s bill with an intimate vinyl set exclusively for guests staying in the city via the festival’s official hotel packages. Fans can also catch the vinyl performance by purchasing an Early Access ticket.
Additional lineup names will be revealed in the coming months.
Pre-sale registration for ASOT Rotterdam 2027 is now open. Weekend tickets go on sale next Thursday, September 3.
