Dannic has remixed Sir Ivan’s “Love Is The Piece.”
The Dutch producer-DJ’s big room rework of the recording artist-philanthropist’s latest single was released on Sir Ivan’s Peaceman Music last Friday as the third in a series of remixes that reshape the delivery of its peace-driven message.
Dannic’s remix marries Sir Ivan’s repeated call that “Love is the piece we need for peace” with punchy main-stage drops, adding impact to the message shared by Sir Ivan, known for donating net proceeds from his dance music remakes of peace and anti-war songs from the ‘60s and ‘70s to his own Peaceman Foundation, a non-profit that supports treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder and aims to fight the violence that can cause it.
Known for his releases on Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings and for running his own Fonk Recordings label, Dannic joins Alex M.O.R.P.H. and Giuseppe D. on the artist roster for Sir Ivan’s growing “Love Is The Peace” remix campaign, following their respective trance and EDM reworks of the original produced by Jeff Timons of 98 Degrees.
