Amsterdam Music Festival (AMF) is capturing the attention of fans once again, revealing Charlotte de Witte as its “Next Decade Act,” for the festival’s 11th year.
Today’s undisputed techno queen will join impressive company at the famed Johan Cruijff Arena on October 21, with Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, James Hype, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and more already confirmed for AMF.
Even beyond the techno scene, Charlotte de Witte has solidified her status as one of the biggest names in dance music, closing the Tomorrowland mainstage in 2022 and serving up groundbreaking performances throughout 2023 on her massive Overdrive tour.
Since its first showing in 2013, AMF has been the biggest stage on the week-long Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) circuit, thanks to the killer production team at European-based event promoter, ALDA.
Of the de Witte announcement, ALDA CEO and Co-founder Allan Hardenberg said, “We’ve always been proud to book the biggest names in our industry at AMF. What we’re seeing now is an artist that is undeniably claiming her space as one of dance music’s biggest stars.”
In addition to saying hello to a new decade, this year’s AMF will also bid Headhunterz a bittersweet farewell, following the Dutch hardstyle producer’s announcement that he will stop performing after this year to focus solely on production. AMF 2023 will be one of the last opportunities to see Headhunterz perform.
A limited number of tickets to AMF 2023 are still available here.
