Back in January, Armin van Buuren in conjunction with ASOT (A State of Trance) celebrated a major milestone for the acclaimed radio show with a countdown celebration to ASOT 1000. Marking the 1000th episode, the celebration took place via a live stream broadcast on Twitch. During the broadcast, ASOT confirmed two shows for ASOT 1000 Festival in the Netherlands this September. While the two-day showcase is now sold out, ASOT alongside Armada Music has confirmed the first dates for ASOT 1000 World Tour.

During episode 1004, Armin van Buuren announced two dates for this year in Russia and Poland to kick off the world tour for ASOT 1000. The first is scheduled for October 8th, 2021 in Moscow at the renowned Music Media Dome. The second is set for October 9th, 2021 in Poland at the Tauron Arena in the city of Krakow.
