Canada’s Bass Coast festival has unveiled its first lineup phase for 2025.
Returning to the wilderness of Merritt, British Columbia, for its 14th edition this July 11-14, the heralded independent festival today dropped over 30 names set to play the annual event in 2025, including a headline performance from visionary trap producer G Jones.
Since its founding in 2009, Bass Coast has earned a world-renowned reputation for assembling thoughtfully curated lineups that spotlight underground selectors on the fringes of bass music and beyond. This year, that reputation continues with another cutting-edge undercard of legends and emerging talents alike.
Minnesota deeb dub heavyweights Ternion Sound will play Bass Coast 2025 as part of their farewell festival season, joined by freeform bass veterans Mr. Carmack and The Glitch Mob, underground house and techno favorites Justin Martin, Sally C, Nala, Bradley Zero, and Bambounou, and an array of low-end club sounds from Cesco, Madam X, Neffa-T, Anna Morgan, Toronto’s own BAMBII, and more.
Other highlights include UK garage royalty in Kiwi Rekords founder Conducta, ATW Records co-founder Main Phase, and Montreal’s Martyn Bootyspoon, and additional staple Canadian talent, including The Funk Hunters, Slynk, Stickybuds, SkiiTour, and festival founder The Librarian, among others. More artists will be announced in the coming months. Check out the full phase one lineup below.
Before it all kicks off this summer, Bass Coast will also hit the road for a special pre-party tour, touching down in cities across British Columbia and in Portland, Bellingham, Denver, and Toronto from March 7 to May 17.
