David Guetta Reworks Benny Benassi’s “Satisfaction” Into A Club-Ready Banger

Benny Benassi and David Guetta, two massive names in dance music, just teamed up for a modern rework of the 2002 classic, “Satisfaction”.

For the 20th anniversary of the legendary track, Benassi tapped none other than Future Rave pioneer Guetta to rework the classic. The new version is dramatic and intense, adding huge synths to the drop for greater effect. The rework doesn’t change the intention or feel of the track, it merely adds to the club atmosphere in that signature David Guetta way.

Benassi stated, “I’ve known David for over 20 years. I remember I would get messages from resident DJs in Ibiza who heard David playing Satisfaction at Pacha two decades ago! So he was definitely one of the very first supporters of the original version.”

The world-class Italian producer Benny Benassi first stepped on the scene with the sensation “Satisfaction” and immediately took the world by storm. His debut album Hypnotica reached top 20 across nearly all parts of Europe within the first month of its release. The next few years Benassi rocketed to stardom with performances at Coachella, EDC, Ultra, and Tomorrowland.

David Guetta crafted the sound of the early 2010s with his chart-toppers featuring Nicki Minaj, Sia, Rihanna, and Afrojack. He’s one of the most popular and versatile producers today, debuting his Future Rave sound in 2020 on his New Rave EP with MORTEN alongside pop anthems like “BED” with Joel Corry.
