Berghain To Host Exclusive, Women-Headlined Event For International Women’s Day

Exclusive Berlin nightclub Berghain is hosting an all-women headlined party to celebrate International Women’s Day in March.

The celebratory event is named FC GRRRLS UNITED, a play on their regular men-only club night called FC SNAX United. Attendees are encouraged to come wearing sportswear, similar to the male-only night.

It is unclear if only women will be allowed to attend the festivities, given the secrecy surrounding Berghain events.

But on March 7, the club will open two lesser-used spaces with ParamidaRoza Terenzi, Sofia Kourtesis, and Virginia in Lab.Oratory, and Cuntroaches (Live), Flexible Heart, and Ziúr (Live) in Säule.

International Women’s Day is celebrated in Germany but is only a public holiday in the capital, Berlin.
