Australia’s New Year’s Festival, Beyond The Valley, Taps RÜFÜS DU SOL, Peggy Gou + More

Australia’s largest New Year’s Eve festival has just announced the complete lineup for its upcoming 2023/24 extravaganza.

Beyond The Valley’s eighth edition will run for four days from December 28, 2023, to January 1, 2024, at Barunah Plains in Hesse, Victoria – a historic, manor-like property that offers plenty of open space for more than 10,000 attendees, three stages and a down-under bash like no other.

The festival will fittingly welcome one of the most prominent Australian groups in decades when RÜFÜS DU SOL plays a headline performance along with club icon Peggy Gou and British rapper Central Cee.

Other notable international names on Beyond The Valley’s lineup for 2023/24 include UK rave and breakbeat duo Overmono, Grammy-nominated producer and DJ Jayda G, heavy-hitting house DJ KETTAMA, and lo-fi producer Ross from Friends.

UK talents Ewan McVicar, Lady Shaka, and Mella Dee will perform at Beyond The Valley, along with a top-notch UK garage/drum and bass B2B from Conducta and Notion.

RÜFÜS DU SOL aren’t the only talented Aussie artists on the ticket either. Beyond The Valley will also feature performances from homegrown talent like Mall Grab, Cassian, Logic1000, Luude, G Flip, STÜM, and more.

Beyond The Valley is again starting the New Year on the right foot, working with Melbourne-based sustainability services provider Treecreds to offset the festival’s carbon emissions by planting trees.

The festival will also donate $1 from each ticket sold to the intentionally tiny Australian non-profit Igniting Change, which seeks to address social inequities in the country.
