In a continued push to new venues around the globe, Insomniac will bring its Beyond Wonderland festival to Chicago in 2024.
Today, the brand teased its return to the Windy City, where an edition of EDC was held in 2013, via a hidden pre-sale sign-up page on their website.
A written announcement on the site reads, “Journeying from Southern California to the Windy City, Alice and her friends are ready to take you down the rabbit hole into a new, immersive festival adventure.”
The event is set to be collaboratively organized with AURIS Presents, the Chicago promoter which has spearheaded the city’s rapidly growing ARC Music Festival and supports operations at a number of high-profile Chicago venues like Radius, Concord Music Hall, and PRYSM.
Official dates and the venue for Beyond Wonderland Chicago have yet to be revealed, but additional information is expected to be released in the coming weeks.
The announcement follows a number of big moves from Insomniac recently, including the utilization of the Queen Mary Waterfront venue in Long Beach, California, the return of EDC China, and HARD Summer’s return to downtown Los Angeles.
