With Coachella 2024 coming to a close last night, the iconic Southern California festival’s organizers at Goldenvoice are now officially looking ahead to next year, as today they’ve confirmed the dates for Coachella 2025.
Less than 24 hours after the festival’s closing on Sunday, organizers confirmed on Instagram that Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will return to Indio, California’s 78-acre Empire Polo Club, from April 11-13 and April 18-20, 2025.
Goldenvoice has also confirmed that the festival’s 2025 Advance Sale will begin next Friday, May 3, 2024. All advance sale tickets will be available at Coachella’s official website.
Coachella 2024 featured headline performances from singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey and alternative hip-hop favorites Tyler, The Creator and Doja Cat. Other attention-grabbing mainstream popular music performances included Blur, Ice Spice, J Balvin, Peso Pluma and No Doubt, plus surprise additions Vampire Weekend and Kid Cudi.
This year’s festival also featured plenty of heavy-hitters in electronic music. French electronic icons Justice and Gesaffelstein made their anticipated returns to the desert, in addition to massive sets from Peggy Gou, Everything Always (Dom Dolla B2B John Summit), Charlotte de Witte, Anti Up (Chris Lake B2B Chris Lorenzo), and more.
Coachella doubled down on dance music even further this year, including debuting its all-new Quasar stage—built exclusively for marathon DJ sets—which hosted Michael Bibi‘s emotional return to the U.S. on weekend one and a high-powered B2B from Anyma and Eric Prydz on weekend two, among other performances.
Meanwhile, fan-favorite party hosts Do LaB invited plenty of surprise guests to perform on their own dance-focused stage, including Sofi Tukker, Billie Eilish and Kaskade B2B Alison Wonderland on weekend one, as well as TroyBoi, Skream & Friends and a hip-hop set from DJ Snake on weekend two.
