Deadmau5 Announces New NFT Collab

deadmau5 x Alan Bolton

Deadmau5 is no rookie when it comes to merging the worlds of music and visual art. His famous mau5head, concert visuals, and cube stage design leave his concert-goers in awe. Now, deadmau5 is bringing his genius to the growing NFT digital art scene with the help of artist Alan Bolton.

“The Chronicles of Creation” is a collection of music and surreal artworks based on the beginning of time and the creation of the world as we know it. Elements of nature and technology intermingle with the iconic mau5head. The moving artworks are paired with the energy of deadmau5’s music, including his new track “When the Summer Dies”.

The artworks will be up for auction Tuesday, July 27th at 3:30 p.m. PST, on makersplace, an online marketplace for digital artwork using blockchain technology and cryptocurrency to provide customers with one-of-a-kind artworks like these.

The combination of digital art and music will provide the viewer with a mesmerizing experience. Available pieces include a 1 of 1 limited edition that includes a physical print of the artwork signed by both deadmau5 and Bolton, and an edition of 3, 5, and 10 digital prints that will never be produced again. There is also an open edition with more availability. Be sure to check makersplace to see the option when the auction goes live.

As the NFT art world continues to grow, I wonder what artists we will see collab in the future.
