Extreme Music, deadmau5, mau5trap, and UTA have announced a special electronic dance music licensing label, created specifically for professional music users. The label will launch this upcoming spring with five album releases, each of which will be personally compiled by award-winning and Grammy-nominated producer, deadmau5. The beathau5 library will include contributions from mau5trap artists such as Jay Robinson, Maison Ware, and more.

Each album release will include NFTs created in collaboration with a world-renowned visual artist who has yet to be named. CEO/ President of Extreme Music, Russell Emanuel, had the following to say about beathau5,

“Aligning with main stage talent has always set Extreme apart. Teaming up with the renowned deadmau5 and mau5trap is a massive get. Our clients expect the very best and we cannot wait for them to get their ears on this.”
The collaboration will allow deadmau5 to create his own music library, which was brokered by UTA. The overall deal is part of UTA’s partnership with Extreme Music to produce, market, and distribute artist-driven production music libraries.
