Green Festival Deep Tropics Drops Stellar Lineup With Headliners Gorgon City & Sonny Fodera

One of the US’s most sustainable music festivals, Deep Tropics, just dropped an incredible lineup, further proving that caring for the environment and curating impressive events are not mutually exclusive.

The fifth edition of Deep Tropics will be held August 18-19 in Nashville, Tennessee hosting some of the biggest artists in modern dance music.

The list of headliners is stacked featuring UK chart-topping duo Gorgon City, a DJ set from singer and producer SG Lewis, Anjunadeep favorites Eli & Fur, and hit-maker Sonny Fodera.

There are also several fan-favorite names featured including melodic innovator Kream, ten-year veteran What So Not, and Drum & Bass heavyweight Justin Hawkes.

Deep Tropics’ mission, according to their website, is “to be the greenest festival in the United States.” The event is climate positive, which means they intend to do more good for the environment than harm. The zero-waste initiative has diverted 93% of attendees’ waste from landfills and many of their featured art projects are created from sustainable materials.

Their climate efforts are supported by their non-profit Deep Culture, which intends to be the catalyst for a regenerative community of music lovers that feel connected to the nature around them.

Deep Tropics 2023 will take place August 18-19 in Nashville, Tennessee. Presale begins Thursday, March 16 at 12PM CST with public onsale beginning Friday, March 17 at 12PM CST.
