Defected Records has locked in the full lineup for its one-off show in San Diego this month.
The venerated UK house label will touch down at San Diego’s Palms Beach Club on Friday, June 21, 2024, as part of its 25th anniversary world tour.
Collaboratively produced by hometown house and techno promoter FNGRS CRSSD, the San Diego label showcase will feature a headline performance from masked tech house favorite Claptone, with opening performances to come from label stalwarts Monki and OFFAIAH.
Back in January, Defected announced its plans to celebrate 25 years in the business with a special run of 25 residency dates taking place in 25 countries worldwide throughout 2024.
With U.S. shows in Miami, Denver, Washington D.C., Detroit, and more already complete, Defected will host further anniversary shows in Amsterdam, Montreal, Toulouse and London this summer, in between anticipated residency dates at Ushuaïa Ibiza. The brand will also return to Croatia in August and Malta in October for its two annual flagship festivals.
Other upcoming Defected takeovers include Lake Como, Italy’s Nameless Festival, Glastonbury’s famous Shangri-La stage, Norwich, UK’s Sundown Festival, and London’s DRUMSHEDS. Find a complete list of Defected events here.
