LA’s Dirty Epic To Celebrate 12 Years With Sama’ Abdulhadi Show Next Month

Los Angeles techno promoter Dirty Epic is celebrating 12 years in the business with an anniversary party featuring Sama’ Abdulhadi next month.

The underground party outfit and techno curator, known for bringing top international talent to LA warehouses and spotlighting the region’s thriving local scene alongside frequent event collaborator 6AM Group, will host a three-hour set from Palestine’s techno champion at a TBA Los Angeles venue on October 5—the same date Dirty Epic’s debut show with Max Cooper was held in 2012.

In addition to Abdulhadi’s brand of punchy acid techno and multilayered soundscapes, the event, produced under Dirty Epic, 6AM, and Synthetik Minds’ joint RE/FORM festival brand, features a supporting roster that includes a B2B set from WORK resident DJs JIA and Jonny Maven, and veteran Subspec label boss JGarrett.

Before the celebrations begin, Dirty Epic will team up with RE/FORM this weekend for anticipated shows from fun-loving techno DJ Bad Boombox, who will show off his in-demand Eurodance sound on Friday, September 20, and genre titan Chris Liebing, who will play a three-hour extended set on September 21.

They’ll also unite with SIX AM, Synthetik Minds and INCOGNITO to host a special Halloween weekend edition of their joint COMPOUND party series on Friday, November 1, with sets from CALLUSH, Lokier, and more.

Tickets for RE/FORM: 12 Years of Dirty Epic with Sama’ Abdulhadi are available here via Resident Advisor.
