Disclosure Will Start Working On New Album This Fall

disclosure-glastonbury-6.31.2014

Brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence (aka Disclosure) are heading back in to the studio.

Revealed last night during Annie Mac’s ‘Superstar DJs’ telecast (which unfortunately is still unavailable to view in the USA), the two brothers will move into a new London Studio this fall to begin work on their second album.

More from Mixmag:

The UK duo plan to set up a studio in London and reckon the “change of scene” from the suburban studio in which they wrote debut album ‘Settle’ “will be good”.

The brothers revealed their plans during Superstar DJs, the Channel 4 series based on the lives of electronic music superstars hosted by Annie Mac.

When asked about their “time off in September”, Guy (the older one) told Annie: “[We’re] going to differentiate the sound a little bit from the previous album. We don’t want to go a million miles away from where we are.”

It sounds like they’ve started writing songs, a process which has “actually been going really well”, with full studio time beginning later in the year.

We’re beyond excited to hear what the two will come up with for their forthcoming album, and as soon as the telecast from Annie Mac’s documentary-style show becomes available we will post it below.
