Brazilian Brothers Dubdogz Rework 77′ Hit “Psycho Killer” For Catchy Single, “Oi Oi Oi”

Brazilian party-starting brothers Dubdogz have teamed up with fellow Brazilians Maxximal and MC Hollywood to craft an absolute banging dance track “Oi Oi Oi,” a rework of the 1977 hit “Psycho Killer.”

The cheeky house track breathes new life into the old-school hit by Talking Heads while infusing an element of Brazilian funk that is undeniably catchy and groovy.

Maxximal said about the collaboration, which took the bassline from his 2020 hit “Super Bitch 2.0”, “When I made it I was thinking only and exclusively about the dance floor, in a way that it was a piece of dance music that fits with many styles of electronic music… The vocal ‘Oi Oi Oi Oi’ fits perfectly and gives a very relaxed atmosphere without losing the original vibe of the song, giving explosion and a lot of vibe in the drop.”

Dubdogz’s infectious dancefloor anthems have landed them performing at some of the world’s most coveted festivals, including Tomorrowland Belgium, EDC Orlando & Mexico, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland Brazil, and Ultra Brazil.
