Elkka Powers Through Clubland With Latest Single, “DJ Friendly”

Elkka has a way of communicating feelings through BPM, and that is exactly what she does in her latest release “DJ Friendly,” out now on Ninja Tune.

Known for holding a powerful energy no matter where she plays, the Femme Culture Label boss takes all the hard-hitting sounds of the UK underground and brings them to life in an elegant manner.

“DJ Friendly” claims the position of the EP title track that Elkka plans to drop on October 27, the same day she is headlining PHONOX a legendary club in London.

Elkka speaks on her latest production endeavors saying, “‘DJ Friendly’ is the expression of the urges and intensity that the club space gives to me. I feel like I tend to walk a tightrope between the club and more live-facing music. This one is firmly on the club side.”

DJ Friendly isn’t the only thing into which Elkka has poured her energy of late. She also has been trotting the club scene bringing her hard-hitting techno sounds all over the world starting her Summer tour back in May in Dublin, hitting a few dates in the US, and then ending it in Ibiza on September 18, at Circoloco.
