Earlier this year, Excision unveiled the first 40 dates of his upcoming Nexus Tour, his biggest tour production ever. Now the dubstep don is back with another exciting announcement: Two of the tour’s previously to-be-announced shows will be held in Los Angeles this Spring.
Excision will play two nights at Los Angeles’ over 17,000-capacity Kia Forum on April 12 and 13, 2024. The shows will mark the producer and DJ’s first solo headline appearance in the city since 2022—another stadium gig at BMO Stadium, formerly Banc of California Stadium.
The new Los Angeles dates are the first revealed out of 11 shows blurred out on the initial Nexus Tour announcement in September. The remaining TBA dates are set for March, April, and May, causing many fans to speculate that Excision could also appear at major West Coast festivals like Coachella and EDC Las Vegas, which take place in April and May, respectively.
In addition to the Kia Forum, Excision’s 2024 Nexus Tour—co-produced by Live Nation and Insomniac’s Bassrush brand—will take the artist to even more huge venues like Chicago’s Navy Pier, San Francisco’s Chase Center, Minneapolis’ Armory, and, of course, another edition of his famous Thunderdome event in Tacoma, Washington.
Support lineups for both of Excision’s 2024 Los Angeles shows are yet to be confirmed. However, Excision has again promised his hallmark “massive production” and “heavy support lineups” throughout the tour.
Pre-sale for Excision’s Nexus Tour at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles will begin tomorrow, Thursday, December 14, at 10 AM PT with code “NEXUS.” All tickets will be available for purchase at Excision’s official website.
