Fatboy Slim Marks Milestone With 25th Anniversary Of Legendary Album ‘You’ve Come a Long Way, Baby’

Long-time legend and one of the most influential names in electronic music, Fatboy Slim, just marked the 25th anniversary of his iconic record You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby with a celebratory vinyl reissue.

Out now via Astralwerks, the remastered version of the era-defining work gives fans the best audio quality possible for a refreshed listening experience.

The You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby anniversary vinyl contains two sides of classic tracks like “The Rockafeller Skank,” “Gangster Trippin,” “Praise You” and “Right Here, Right Now,” that introduced mainstream audiences to the power of electronic music.

The album reached number one on the UK charts after its release in 1998, eventually breaking the US Billboard Top 40 and putting dance music on the map.

Now, 25 years later, the global phenomenon that is Fatboy Slim continues to sell out venues and draw audiences showing that the UK staple truly has come a long way.

He recently projected a hologram of himself DJing above London’s Alexandra Palace, demonstrating that he continues to push boundaries decades later.
