Four Tet Invites Underground Heroes To Perform At Curated Brooklyn Weekender This Spring

Four Tet is bringing the best of the avant-garde underground to Brooklyn for a two-day weekender this spring.

Four Tet & Friends will take place at the quite literally named Under The K Bridge Park beneath the Kosciuszko Bridge in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, on May 4 and 5, 2024. Billed in line with Four Tet’s no-frills demeanor as “a party under a bridge curated by Four Tet,” the event will host two stages and feature three sets from the electronic production maestro himself.

Running from 6PM-2AM, day one will feature two sets from Four Tet, plus performances from British underground heroes Ben UFO, Chloé Robinson and Sammy Virji. Support performances will be anchored by underground NYC DJs Anthony Naples and DJ’J with a showcase from their Incienso label. Incienso artists Beta Librae, Huerco S., Laurel Halo and Nídia will perform alongside Naples and DJ’J.

On day two, Four Tet and his musical contemporaries will swap moonlight for sunshine, with the open-air party set to run from 1PM-9PM. Four Tet will offer up an extended set, with additional headline performances to come from rising breakbeat and UKG star salute and a cutting-edge B2B from producer Dan Snaith’s Daphni alias–one of three including Caribou and Manitoba–and Floating Points.

On Sunday, the event’s secondary stage will host a takeover from Bay Area-turned-Berlin techno tastemaker Avalon Emerson’s 9000 Dreams party series. Emerson will go back-to-back with an as-of-yet unannounced special guest and has invited additional performances from Elissa Suckdog, Kim Ann Foxman, Priori and Rose Kourts.

For those who can’t make it in person, Brooklyn’s respected online indie radio station, The Lot Radio, will be livestreaming sets on-site all weekend.

Following a whirlwind 2023 that centered on his B3B frenzy with Skrillex and Fred again.., even more big things are coming from Four Tet–AKA Kieran Hebden–in 2024. Last month, the London-born producer dropped off “Loved,” the lead single from his forthcoming 12th studio album, which is slated for release this year

Fans can register for the Four Tet & Friends pre-sale here. Pre-sale access will begin Thursday, February 15 at 10AM ET. General on-sale will follow on Friday, February 16 at 10AM.
