Aly & Fila Announce Future Sound Of Egypt 800 At The Great Pyramid Of Giza

After a six-year wait, Egyptian trance duo Aly & Fila are bringing their massive Future Sound of Egypt event back to the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Set for a fast-approaching Friday, September 15, Future Sound of Egypt 800 will, this time, bring UK legends Above & Beyond to the historical sight for a monumental Cairo debut, in addition to a headline set from Aly & Fila.

Fadi Wassef Naguib – who makes up one-half of the acclaimed group alongside Aly Amr Fathalah – will also perform solo under his techno alias Das Pharaoh. Additional support includes UV Music co-owner Paul Thomas, a back-to-back from Ahmed Romel and Phillippe El Sisi, and a set from Omar Sherif.

Following a legendary FSOE500 with Armin van Buuren in 2017, this year’s “Homecoming” edition promises to be a magical exploration of Egypt’s quietly stellar trance community.

The event follows a significant trend in the dance music world as of late, where high-profile artists like Carl Cox and Kygo have also hosted their events at the Great Pyramid of Giza.

Pre-sale registration for Future Sound of Egypt 800 is available now here. Fans who register will be notified via email with a link to purchase discounted tickets once they go on sale.
